If you are tired in the morning, you MUST read this article

By Amy-Jo Strutt

If you are an allergy sufferer, you may actually be doing yourself harm if you dont have proper allergy bedding. If you wake up in the morning with swollen eyes, a runny nose, heavy chest or blocked sinuses, you to invest in allergy relief products and bedding so that you will feel refreshed in the morning. Say goodbye to red eyes and hello to a great nights rest.

When shopping for allergy bedding products, you may find items labeled as dust mite bedding - this is the same thing. Our goal today is to take the fear out of shopping for these types of products and provide you with valuable information that will keep you and your family safe every time you go to bed.

So how serious are dust mites? In our opinion they are a serious issue. You will find on average anywhere between 5 - 10 million dust mists per bed in your home. They feed off dry skin flakes and tend to flourish in moist, warm environments making your bed the ideal place. Dust mites themselves dont create our allergic reactions, rather the waste that they produce and we inhale does. So in order to protect yourself from inhaling this waste, you need the proper bedding and accessories specially designed with fabrics that will create a protective barrier between.

Allergy bedding products are designed to cover your pillows, mattresses, box springs and comforters with a zippered casing that will separate you from the dust mites. Once everything is properly covered, you are free to use your designer bed sheets, duvets and more to create that great look in the bedroom. No one needs to know that you have allergy bedding on your bed except you!

Who needs allergy bedding?

Anyone who suffers from:

* Dust mite, down or animal danger allergies * You wake up congested * You suffer from asthma attacks during the night * You wake up with red, sore eyes, sore throat, stuffy nose or thick head

So if you decide to get allergy bedding, what advantages can you look forward too?

* You wake up feeling well rested and energized * Allergy covers are soft to sleep on * Covers are machine washable * You can use your designer sheets * Mattresses and pillows will have a longer life span

What to look for when shopping for your allergy bedding: 1. Machine washable mattress covers, duvet covers and pillow covers 2. Pore size of your allergy bedding must be smaller than 10 microns to properly protect you from dust mites and fecal matter 3. Easy of use - most allergy bedding covers easily slip on and zip up 4. Durability - allergy bedding is durable and most warrantees are at least 5 years or great

Now is the time to take back your right to a good nights sleep. With the right allergy bedding, you can do this easily.
