What bed linen thread count and material is best for sensitive skin?
Answered By Editor
The bed linen count that is best for
sensitive skin depends on the quality of the
fiber. Higher quality fabric is much softer
with 200 thread counts than fabrics having
400 or higher thread counts if the sheet is
made of an inferior quality of cotton or with
threads that are twisted. Bed linens must be
made with premium cotton, such as Pima or
Egyptian cotton, to improve the fabric and
make it softer.
