What is the difference between natural and synthetic fibers in blankets?

Answered By Editor

Blankets differ in the kind of materials used by the manufacturer in their production. Blankets can be made of either synthetic or natural fibers. Here are some of their differences:

* A natural fiber blanket is usually made of wool, cotton, or a blend of the two. It is more breathable than a synthetic fiber blanket and helps keep the body at an even temperature.

* A synthetic fiber blanket is soft and cuddly but does not provide much breathable ambiance for the sleeper.
