What color bedding would go well in a lavender bedroom?

Can you answer terrier31’s question about Bedding?:
The trim is white and the carpet is smoke gray. The furniture is all birch. So far I’ve mostly found bedding that has lavender flowers and things of that nature but I would like something more modern. Also, I keep finding bedding that is completely purple or has shades of it-I can’t seem to find any color variation/contrast like is the case with the teal/chocolate sets that are everywhere. I’m thinking of trying a pastel yellow or a green of some sort.
